These Terms apply to Avenumi. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement is the App Store license basis.
Service, accounts, and family collaboration
Avenumi is an organizational tool for adult parents, family members, and caregivers. Users are responsible for their account, information they enter, and keeping invitation links private. Users must have authority to enter child information and share it with invited members. Family access follows the assigned role.
User-provided information
Users remain responsible for information they enter and exports they share. Users permit Avenumi to host, process, synchronize, display, and export that information only as needed to provide the service.
Premium subscriptions
Avenumi Premium is an auto-renewable family subscription purchased through Apple. The live price, billing period, and any introductory offer shown by Apple at purchase control.
- Payment is charged through the purchaser's Apple ID.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Apple under Apple's displayed terms.
- A free trial or introductory offer applies only when Apple reports eligibility; a trial is not guaranteed.
- Restore Purchases is available in the Premium screen for an eligible signed-in purchaser.
- Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.
When Premium ends, Premium capabilities end. Family, child, and care data are not deleted solely because a subscription expires.
Medical disclaimer
Avenumi records and summarizes information supplied by users. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor an emergency, or provide medical advice. Predictions, reminders, summaries, and exports are organizational aids, not substitutes for professional care.
Account deletion
Account deletion is available in Settings → Account and data → Delete account. A multi-member owner must transfer ownership first. Ordinary-member deletion removes personal membership and dissociates direct author identity while preserving family-owned care facts. Sole-owner deletion removes that family and its nested data. Deleting Avenumi does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Acceptable use and availability
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misuse invitations, submit unlawful information, infringe another person's rights, or reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits it. Online features depend on third-party services and may not always be available.
